Claims (12)
1. Flödesregleringsventil för en gas- eller vätskeledning för begränsning av tryekfallet över ventilen i ätminstone en flödes-riktning tili ett förutbestämt maxiraalt värde, vilken ventil bestär av ett ventilhus (10) med ett inlopp (12) och ett utlopp (13) samt ett axiellt cylinderlopp (11), i vilket en ventilkolv (1*0 är för-skjutbar i axiell riktning, och vilken ventilkolv (1*0 medelst ett paverkningsorgan (17) pressas i en riktning, som är motsatt ström-ningsriktningen och raot ett stopp (15) vid ventilens inloppsände (12), kännetecknad av att ventilhuset (10) är försett med ett flertal förbiströmningskanaler (18, 19, 20) anordnade pa avständ frän varandra runt ventilhusets periferi, vilka samtliga förbiströmningskanaler med ena änden öppnar sig mot ventilens cylinderlopp (11) vid ventilens inlopp (12), och vilka sträeker sig axiellt längs med cylinderloppet (11) och med den andra änden öppnar sig i ventilens cylinderlopp (11), varvid utloppsändarna pa förbiströmningskanalerna (18, 19, 20) är jförskjutna i axiell riktning i förhällande tili varandra, sä att ventilkolven (1*1) vid ett tryckfall över ventilen, som är högre än det förutbestämda maximala värdet successivt stryper ett ökande antal förbiströmningskanaler (18, 19, 20).
2. Flödesregleringsventil enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknad av att förbiströmningskanalerna (18-20) är axiellt förskjutna i förhällande tili varandra vid säväl ventilinloppet (12) som ventilutloppet (13), och att ventilkolven (1*1) i sitt opä-verkade tillständ är belägen mellan ventilinloppet (12) och ventilutloppet (13), varvid strömning tilläts genom samtliga förbiströmningskanaler (18-20).
3. Flödesregleringsventil enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknad av att ventilkolven (1*1) i sitt opäverkade tillständ är belägen mellan ventilens inloppsände (12) och utloppsände (13), och att päverkningsorganet (17) är anordnat att päverka ventilkolven 12 59656 CU) i envar axiell riktning beroende pä riktningen av tryckfallet över ventilen.
4. Flödesregleringsventil enligt patentkravet 1, k ä n n e -tecknad av att medel (15) är anordnat för att förhindra strypning av ätminstone en av förbiströmningskanalerna (20), sä att ätminstone en liten strömning genom ventilen kan förekomma även vid minimalt tryckfall över ventilen.
5. Flödesregleringsventil enligt patentkravet 1, k ä n n e -tecknad av att medel (23) är anordnat för att indikera läget pä ventilkolven (14) i dtminstone ett läge pä denna.
6. Flödesregleringsventil enligt patentkravet 1, k ä n n e -tecknad av att päverkningsorganet utgörs av en spiraltryck-fjäder (17) pa vardera sidan ora ventilkolven (14).
7. Flödesregleringsventil enligt patentkravet 1, k ä n n e -tecknad av att ventilkolven (14) bildar en magnet, och att päverkningsorganet bestär av en eller flera elektriska lindningar (29), vilka strävar att hälla ventilkolven (14) i ett mellanläge, där strömning tilläts genom samtliga förbiströmningskanaler (18-20).
8. Flödesregleringsventil enligt patentkravet 1, k ä n n e -tecknad av att ventilkolven (14) är utformad med ett axiellt utskott, sora samverkar med en motsvarande urtagning i ventilhus-kroppen i och för mjuk dämpning av den axiella rörelsen hos ventilkolven (14) vid höga tryckfall över ventilen.
9. Flödesregleringsventil enligt patentkravet 1, k ä n n e -tecknad av att medel (24, 25) är anordnade för att exakt indikera läget pä ventilkolven (14), vilka medel bestär av ett elektriskt organ(23; 25) anordnat axiellt utmed ventilen och sam-verkande med ventilkolven (14) tili att avge en elektrisk signal, vars belägenhet eller styrka utgör en indikering av ventilkolvens (14) läge.
10. Flödesregleringsventil enligt patentkravet 9, k ä n n e -tecknad av att det elektriska organet utgörs av en elektrisk kontakt (23) anordnad intill utloppsöppningen för förbiströmnings-i<analen eller en eller flera av förbiströmningskanalerna (18-20),
