Claims (14)
1. Sätt att framställa pulverformiga eller lätt pulveriserbara legeringar av sällsynta jordmetaller ooh kobolt genom en kalcio-termisk reaktion, kännetecknat därav, att blandningar av finfördelade oxider av sällsynta jordmetaller ooh kobolt samredu-ceras vid temperaturer om ca 1000...1400 °C ooh ett tryck om = 10“^ torr med kalciumänga, den uppkomna reaktionsprodukten finfördelas mekaniskt tili en partikelstorlek om <100 /im, ooh den uppkomna legeringen av sällsynt jordmetall och kobolt separeras genom en behandling med en vattenlösning av en syra eller magnetiskt eller genom extraktion fran reaktionens biprödukter.
2. Sätt enligt patentkravet 1,kännetecknat därav, att kalciumangan framställs före eller under samreduktionen genom att bringa finfördelad kalciumoxid och aluminiumoxid att reagera vid temperaturer om ca 1000...1500 °C i samma reaktionsrum, likväl i ett eget reaktionskärl, som inte innehäller blandningen av oxider av sällsynta jordmetaller och kobolt.
3. Sätt enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, kännet ecknat därav, att blandningen av oxider av sällsynta jordmetaller och kobolt har ett atomförhällande om ca 1:3...1:9, lämpligen 1:5.
4. Sätt enligt patentkravet 1, 2 eller 3, kännetecknat därav, att oxiden av sällsynt jordmetall är samariumoxid.
5. Sätt enligt nägot av föregäende patentkrav , kännetecknat därav, att i blandningen koboltoxiden delvis är ersatt med koboltpulver.
6. Sätt enligt nägot av föregäende patentkrav, kännetecknat därav, att blandningen dessutom innehäller högst 50% kalcium-klorid.
