Claims (7)

1. Sätt att utföra en enzym-immunbestämning genom att i ett reagens-rör, vars ätminstone inre yta är belagd med ett antiserum eller en antigen, placeras en lösning av det prov som skall undersökas eller en standardlösning tillsamman med ett säsom märksubstans använt enzymantigen- eller enzymantikroppkomplex ooh läta dem reagera med det beläggningen utgörande antiserumet eller antigenet, därefter bringa beläggningen ooh de vid densamma fixerade substanserna att reagera med en substratlösning för enzymet och slutligen kvantita-tivt mätä den vid reaktionen bildade substansen, känneteck-n a t av att sedan provet som skall undersökas eller standarden reagerat med reagensrörets beläggning, avlägsnas lösningen och reagensröret placeras med mynningen nedät tätande pä mynningen av ett andra, substratlösningen innehällande rör, genom omskakning eller rotation av de förenade rören bringas substratlösningen att reagera med reagensrörets beläggning och de vid densamma fixerade substanserna, efter avslutad reaktion vändes de förenade rören sl, att vätskan hamnar i det andra röret, varefter reagensröret avlägsnas och den kvantitativa mätningen utföres fluorometriskt, varvid säsom märksubstans användes vid antigenet eller antikroppen fixerad jäst-glukos-6-fosfatdehydrogenas eller annat enzym, som utnyttjar pyridin-nukleotid som koenzym.
