Claims (10)
1. Förfarande för böjning och härdning av relativt tunna glasskivor, varvid en tunn glasskiva uppbärs i huvudsakligen horisontalplanet och förflyttas pä en huvudsakligen horisontal bana genom successiva behandlingssteg, väri skivan först upphettas jämnt huvudsakligen till dess uppmjukningstemperatur, den upphettade glasskivan böjes tili önskad bägform och den för härdning tili lämplig temperatur äterupphettade, böjda glasskivan avkyles snabbt för dess härdning samtidigt som glasskivan förflyttas främät längs nämnda gängbana, kännetecknat därav, att omedelbart efter böjningen riktas glasskivan pä nytt för dess förflyttning framät pä den nämnda banan i sädant läge, att den böjda glasskivans önskade bägform bevaras trots den uppmjukning, som uppkommer under följande äter-upphettning.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att den i horisontal riktning uppburna glasskivan vändes omedelbart efter böjning i horisontalplanet för förflyttning av glasskivan längs transportbanan i önskad ny riktning, som är den fördelaktigaste för stödande av den vid äterupphettning uppmjuk-nande glasskivan.
3. Förfarande enligt pantetkravet 2, kännetecknat därav, att glasskivan vändes i horisontalplanet 90°.
4. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-3, kännetecknat därav, att glasskivornas förflyttningsrörelse avbryts för dess äterriktning.
5. Anordning för böjning och härdning av relativt tunna glasskivor medelst förfarandet enligt patentkravet 1, omfattande en trans-portör för uppbärande av den tunna glasskivan i huvudsak i horisontalplanet och för dess förflyttning längs en huvudsakligen horisontal transportbana genom successiva behandlingsstationer, varav den första stationen (12) uppvisar en ugn (13) för jämn upphettning av glasskivan (S) tili huvudsakligen dess uppmjuk-ningspunkt vid förflyttning av glasskivan framät därigenom, varvid den andra stationen (15) uppvisar organ (30, 31) för böjning av den upphettade glasskivan tili önskad bägform, och den tredje stationen (18) uppvisar avkylningsorgan (20) för snabb avkylning och härdning av glasskivan under dess förflyttning genom den tredje
