Claims (10)
1. Förfarande för ätervinning av koppar frän sulfidhal-tiga kopparmineraler, varvid nämnda finfördelade mineraler uppslammas i en vattenlösning innehällande ammoniumsulfat och fri ammoniak, uppslamningen inmatas i ett slutet lakningskärl vid ett tryck som ännu inte fordrar autoklavapparatur, uppslam-ningens temperatur hälles vid 50-80°C och ur kärlet avlägsnas uppslamning innehällande ett ammoniakkomplex av koppar löst • · i vattenfasen och kopparfattigt mineralmaterial i den fasta fasen, kännetecknat av att uppslamningen i kärlet omröres kraftigt med en effekt pä ätminstone 1,3 hästkrafter per m·^ samtidigt som syre inmatas i den omrörda uppslamningen.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat av att syrehaltig gas kontinuerligt ätercirkuleras frän ett ställe ovanför den omrörda uppslamningen tili ett väsent-ligt dj up under dens yta.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 2, kännetecknat av att lakningen utföres genom att leda uppslamningen genom en följd av seriekopplade lakningskärl.
4. Förfarande enligt nägot av de föregäende patentkraven, kännetecknat av att ammoniakhalten i lakningskär-let korreleras med uppslamningens temperatur i detta kärl sä, att deltrycket av ammoniaken plus deltrycket av vattenängan i detta kärl är ätminstone nägra tiondedels atmosfärer under kärlets totaltryck.
5· Förfarande enligt nägot av de föregäende patentkraven, kännetecknat av att pH-värdet av uppslamningens vattenfas hälles mellan 9 tili 11 under hela lakningsproceduren, varvid pH:n av uppslamningens vattenfas är ca 10 i det första lakningskärlet, i vilket lakningstemperaturen är som lägst, och sjunker tili ett värde av ca 9,5 i seriens sista kärl, i vilket lakningstemperaturen är som högst.
6. Förfarande enligt nägot av de föregäende patentkraven, kännetecknat av att uppslamningen tillföres fri ammoniak med en hastighet, som approximativt motsvarar dess konsumtionshastighet.
7· Förfarande enligt nägot av de föregäende patentkraven, kännetecknat av att i lakningskärlet uppehälles ett tr.yok, som är mellan 0,2 tili 0,6 atö.
