Claims (10)

1. Förfarande för formande av en flerskiktig materialbana av fibröst cellu-losamaterial omfattande skeden, i vilka en matta av fibröst cellulosamaterial formas torrt genom läggande av cellulosafibrer i torrt tillständ med hjälp av en luftström pä en huvudvira, och en skiva formas av vattenhaltiga fibrer av cellu-losamaterial, kännetecknat därav, att skivan och mattan förbindas ihop under tillräckligt tryck för bildande av en flerskiktig materialbana genom samtidigt konsoliderande av den i torrt tillständ formade mattans fibrer tili ett fast skikt genom utsättande av mattan för fuktighet, värme och tryck, genom förande av den förenade flerskiktiga materialbanan genom minst ett kompressions-ställe, som är bildat av minst en pressvals och av en uppvärmd cylinder och i vilken den i torrt tillständ formade mattan erhäller minst den största delen av den fuktighet, som den behöver för sin hli.ll fasthet, varvid fuktigheten övergar frän den vattenhaltiga skivan tili den i torrt tillständ formade mattan.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1,kännetecknat därav, att skivan är formad medelst vätformningsteknik pä en hjälpvira innan den har hiivit för bunden med mattan.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 2,kännetecknat därav, att den vattenhaltiga skivan har blivit formad medelst en cylindermaskin. Förfarande enligt nägot av föregäende patentkrav, kännetecknat därav, att skiv- och mattkombinationens fuktinnehäll före konsoliderandet är ca 30 vikt-$.
5. Förfarande enligt nägot av föregäende patentkrav, kännetecknat därav, att torrämnehalten av den vattenhaltiga cellulosaskivan är 10-15 vikt-Jf.
6. Förfarande enligt nägot av föregäende patentkrav, kännetecknat därav, att temperaturen av den konsoliderande cylindern är minst 65°C och trycket av pressnypet eller trycket av vart och ett av pressnypen är minst 26 kg/linear-cm.
7. Förfarande enligt nägot av föregäende patentkrav, kännetecknat därav, att den i torrt tillständ formade mattan innehäller ca 5 vikt-j£ stärkelse.
8. Anordning för att utföra förfarandet enligt patentkravet 1, i vilken apparat det i torrt tillständ formade fibrösa cellulosamaterialet fuktas och därav bildas en konsoliderad materialbana, varvid anordningen uppvisar en stödjande yta och medel för formande av en matta av cellulosafibrer i torrt tillständ pä ytan, kännetecknad därav, att den uppvisar medel för förbindande av skivan av vattenhaltig fibermassa med den i torrt tillständ formade mattan och medel för konsoliderande av kombinationen genom utsättande av den för värme och tryck.
