Claims (3)
1. Förfarande för framställning av terapeutiskt användbara 1-lägre-alkyl- 2-cyano-2,3-dihydro-lH-l,U-bensodiazepinderivat med formeln CN X’ 4-¾ väri R sr halogen, R1 är en alkyl med 1~T, fördelaktigt 1-^ kolatcmer, och R^ är väte eller halogen, samt f armaceutiskt användbara syraaddit ions salt er därav, kännetecknat därav, att en 2-hydroxiförening med formeln i1 I /0H N—< R__| y II väri R, R^ och R^ har ovan angivna betydelse, omsättes med cyanväte eller ett reagens som i reaktionsblandningen bildar cyanväte, för att giva motsvarande cyanoförening, och cm sä önskas, överförs den erhällna föreningen i ett farma-ceutiskt användbart syraadditionssalt.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1 för framställning av 7~klor-2-cyano- 2.3- dihydro-l-metyl-5-fenyl-lH-l,U-bensodiazepin, kännetecknat därav, att s&scm utgängsamne används 7-klor-2,3-dihydro-2-hydroxi-1-metyl-5-feny1-1H-l,U-bensodiazepin.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1 för framställning av 7-klor-2-cyano- 2.3- dihydro~5~(2-fluorfenyl)-l-metyl-lH-l, i+-bensodiazepin, kännetecknat därav, att säsom utgängsamne används 7-klor-2,3~dihydro-5-(2-fluorfenyl)-2-hydroxi-1-metyl-lH-l,U-bensodiazepin·
