Claims (6)
- PATENTTIVAATIMUKSET1. Menetelmä kupariromun sulattamiseksi ja/tai raakakuparin puhdistamiseksi käsittäen vaiheet, joissa:a) syötetään kupariromua tyhjään anodiuuniin ja sulatetaan kupari5 romu;b) syötetään sulatettua raakakuparia anodiuuniin;c) valinnaisesti syötetään enemmän kupariromua anodiuuniin ja sulatetaan kupari romu;d) valinnaisesti toistetaan vaiheet b) ja/tai c) yhden tai useamman10 kerran, kunnes anodiuuni on täynnä ja haluttu määrä kupariromua on syötetty ja sulatettu, kunnes aikaansaadaan lopullinen sulatettu kuparierä;e) puhdistetaan lopullinen sulatettu kuparierä, jotta aikaansaadaan anodikuparia.
- 2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, jolloin kupariromun15 sulatus saavutetaan tarjoamalla lisää lämpöenergiaa anodiuuniin käyttämällä yhtä tai useampaa perinteistä uunin sukassa sijaitsevaa putki putkessa tyyppistä ilmapolttoaine-, ilma/happipolttoaine- tai happipolttoainepoltinta, ts. sukkapoltinta.
- 3. Patenttivaatimuksen 2 mukainen menetelmä, jolloin sukkapoltti20 mien käyttö on yhdistetty päätyseinäpolttimen käyttöön savukaasujen sekoittamiseksi anodiuunissa.
- 4. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-3 mukainen menetelmä, jolloin ainakin 15 p-%, edullisesti ainakin 20 p-%, lopullisen kuparierän kokonaispainosta on kupariromua.25
- 5. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-4 mukainen menetelmä, jolloin ainakin 50 p-%, edullisesti 60-100 p-%, lopullisessa sulatetussa kuparierässä olevasta syötetyn kupariromun kokonaispainosta syötetään vaiheessa a).
- 6. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-5 mukainen menetelmä, jolloin kupariromun syöttäminen vaiheessa a) aloitetaan heti anodivalun jälkeen.
