Claims (9)
1. Förfarande för valsning av samextruderade rör (1) in i trumman hos en ängpannebank i en korrosions- och erosionsängpannemiljö innefattande ste-gen: 5. tillhandahällande av ett samextruderat rör (1), innefattande ett kolstäls- basrör, ett yttre lager (10) av höglegeringsrör, ett omräde (20) som skall valsas in i trumman genom bearbetning, och ett omräde som skall utsättas förängpannemiljön; - avlägsnande av det yttre lagret (10) av höglegeringsrör i omrädet (20) 10 som skall valsas in i trumman genom bearbetning; - stukning av det samextruderade röret (1) under användning av flera stukningssteg och glödgningsbehandlingar för att stuka det samextruderade röret (1) tili en erforderlig diameter och väggtjocklek; - införande av det samextruderade röret (1) in i trumman; 15. valsning av det samextruderade röret (1) och - tätning av samextruderade röret (1) in i trumman.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, väri nämnda höglegeringsrör innefattar en nickel-järnkromlegering med tillägg av molybden och koppar.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, väri nämnda höglegeringsrör innefattar 20 rostfritt stäl. δ CM
^ 4. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, väri det yttre lagret (10) av höglegeringsrör ° avlägsnas med en avkoningsmaskin. δ x

Förfarande för valsning av ett samextruderat rör (1) in i trumman hos en o ängpannebank innefattande stegen: - tillhandahällande av ett kort samextruderat rör (1) innehällande ett basrör av kolstäl, ett yttre lager (10) av höglegeringsrör, och ett omräde (20) som skall valsas in i trumman genom bearbetning; - avlägsnande av det yttre lagret (10) av höglegeringsrör i omrädet (20) 5 som skall valsas in i trumman genom bearbetning; - stukning av det samextruderade röret (1) användande flera stukningssteg och glödgningsbehandlingar för att stuka det samextruderade rör (1) tili en erforderlig diameter och väggtjocklek; - svetsning av det samextruderade röret (1) pä änggenereringsseriens 10 banksrör av kolstäl som har skurits och förberetts att motta det korta samextruderade röret (1) efter det att det har stukats; - införande av det samextruderade röret (1) in i trumman; - valsning av det samextruderade röret (1) och; - tätning av det samextruderade röret (1) in i trumman. 15
7. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 6, väri nämnda höglegeringsrör innefattar en nickel-järnkromlegering med tillägg av molybden och koppar.
8. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 6, väri nämnda höglegeringsrör innefattar rostfritt stäl.
