Claims (4)
1. Förfarande för upplösning av kalkopyritkoncentrat med hjälp av en svavelsyrahaltig vattenlösning och syretillförsel under atmosfäriskt 5 tryck och vid temperaturen 75 °C - lösningens kokpunkt, kännetecknat därav, att upplösningen utförs som motströms-upplösning i tvä steg, varvid kalkopyritkoncentratet, vars kornstorlek ligger inom omrädet 80 % under 60 - 100 pm, mätäs tili ett upplösningssteg (1) med utspädd syra, i vilket det upplöses med en 10 lösning (5) som kommer frän ett upplösningssteg (2) med stark syra; aciditeten hos kopparsulfatlösningen (6) som avlägsnas frän upplösningssteget med utspädd syra regleras att vara inom omrädet 5-15 g/l och lösningen leds tili lösningsrening (3) och vidare tili elektrolys (4) för produktion av ren koppar; utfällningen (7) frän 15 upplösningssteget med utspädd syra mätäs tili upplösningssteget (2) med stark syra, väri utfällningen upplöses med ett raffinat (8) frän lösningsreningen, varvid raffinatets aciditet regleras att vara i storleksklassen 20-90 g/l, och väri den lösning (5) som bildas mätäs tili upplösningssteget (1) med utspädd syra. 20
