Claims (9)

1. Immunanalyselement, kännetecknat av att det omfattar ätminstone ett skikt som innehäller en 5 leukofärgämnebeteckningskomposition som omfattar: Komponent_Torrviktsförhällande (omrade) a) Triarylimidazolleuko- färgämne 55 - 80 10 b) Antioxidant 7-40 c) Poly[poly(etenoxid)block-poly- (propenoxid)]-icke-jonisk block-kopolymer 6 20 d) Alkylaryloxipoly(alkenoxid)- 15 icke-joniskt ytaktivt ämne 1-16
2. Analyselement för torrimmunanalys för bestäm-ning av en ligand, kännetecknat av att det omfattar i följande ordning (A) ett skikt som innehäller en märkt ligand, (B) ett utbredningsskikt av pärlor, 20 (C) ett tvärbindat, hydrofilt polymerskikt och (D) ett un- derlag, varvid ' (i) en fast koncentration av en receptor för den \ märkta liganden befinner sig i en zon (receptorzon) mellan : : gränsskiktet av skikt (B) och (C), ·· 25 (ii) receptorerna har immobiliserats genom att de : binds kovalent tili polymerpärlor som är mindre än pärlor- ·. na i skikt (B) , och (iii) nämnda zon omfattar även en leukofärgämnebe-;V# teckningskomposition som omfattar 30 * Komponent_ Torrviktsförhällande (omräde) t '.j a) Triarylimidazolleuko- i färgämne 55 - 80 . b) Antioxidant 7-40 35 c) Poly[poly(etenoxid)block-poly-(propenoxid)]-icke-jonisk block- 113090 kopolymer 6 20 d) Alkylaryloxipoly(alkenoxid)-icke-joniskt ytaktivt ämne 1-16

Element enligt nägot av patentkrav 1, 2 eller 3, kännetecknat av att det omfattar 4,5- 5 bis(4-dimetylaminofenyl)-2-(3,5-dimetoxi-4-hydroxifenyl)-imidazol, dimedon, poly[poly(etenoxid)-block-poly(propen-oxid)]-kopolymer och isononylfenoxipolyglycidol med ca 10 upprepande, polymeriserade glycidolenheter.
7.
