Claims (6)
1. Förfarande för framställning av förtennade band eller plätar av koppar eller en kopparlegering, känne- 5 tecknatav att det bestär en kombination av följande förfarandesteg: Det bandformiga kopparhalvfabrikatet valsas med en texturerad arbetsvals för att ästadkoirana ett profildjup, som i genomsnitt är i omrädet 3-12 μιη.
10 Det bandformiga kopparhalvfabrikatet beläggs kon- tinuerligt med tenn eller en tennbaserad legering, sä att förhällandet mellan det genomsnittliga profildjupet och tennskiktets tjocklek är över 1,2, företrädesvis över 2.
2. Förfarande för framställning av förtennade band 15 eller plätar enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att den mekaniska ytbehandlingen av ätminstone bandets ena sida utförs med en genom laser- eller elektronsträlebe-handling texturerad vals.
3. Förfarande för framställning av förtennade band 20 eller plätar enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att beläggningen med tenn eller en tennbaserad legering sker galvaniskt.
4. Förfarande för framställning av förtennade band eller plätar enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att 25 tenn eller en tennbaserad legering breds ut som flytande smälta.
5. Förfarande för framställning av förtennade band eller plätar enligt patentkrav 3 eller 4, kännetecknat av att tennskiktets tjocklek är cirka 1-8 μπι.
6. Användning av ett bandformigt halvfabrikat, som framställts med hjälp av förfarandet enligt nägot av pa-tentkraven 1-5, som material vid takläggning eller fasad-beklädning.
