Claims (7)
1. En metod för surgöming av säpa kännetecknad av, att vattenhaltig tali- eller blandsäpa introduceras med trycksatt koldioxid i en kontinuerlig apparat som 5 fimgerar samtidigt som en reaktor och separator och där a) sker talloljesäpans surgömingsreaktion da en salthaltig vattenfas och en talloljafas bildas och samtidigt som reaktionen framskrider och fortfarande under koldioxid tryck b) separeras den bildade talloljefasen frän den salthaltige vattenfasen med hjälp av 10 tyngdkraft da reaktionen framskrider näsiän till slut och c) den separerade talloljefasen tas tillvara.
2. En metod enligt patentkravet 1 kännetecknad av, att vattenhaltig talloljesäpa introduceras med koldioxid under en tryck mellan 10-200 bar, gynnsammast under ca. 100 bars tryck.
15. En metod enligt patentkravet 1 kännetecknad av, att vattenhaltig talloljesäpa introduceras med koldioxid pä en temperatur mellan 50-145 °C, gynnsammast pä ca. 80 °C temperatur.
4. En metod enligt patentkravet 1 kännetecknad av, att vatten/talloljetvälens massaförhällande vid inmatningen är 0.4-2.5.
5. En metod enligt patentkravet 1 kännetecknad av, att vatten/talloljetvälens ’ · massaförhällande vid inmatningen är 0.3-8.
6. En metod enligt patentkravet 1 kännetecknad av, att den övriga koldioxiden som avlägsnas frän surgömingsprocessen ätercirkuleras tili processen.
7. En metod enligt patentkravet 1 kännetecknad av att den med koldioxiden 25 reagerade natriumet processeras och recirkuleras. • «·
