Claims (8)
1. Förfarande för framställning av en farmaceutisk komposition i form av agglomerat, vilka omfattar 70 - 97 5 vikt-% av 2-(4-isobutylfenyl)propionsyra eller ett farma-ceutiskt godtagbart sait därav och 3-30 vikt-% av en stärkelsekomponent, kännetecknat därav, att förfarandet omfattar steg, vid vilka man a) bildar en emulsion, vilken omfattar 1) 70 - 97 10 vikt-% av 2-(4-isobutylfenyl)propionsyra eller ett sait därav, 2) ett lösningsmedelssystem, 3) 3 - 30 vikt-% av stärkelsekomponenten, 4) vatten och valfritt 5) ett ytak-tivt medel, b) kristalliserar för framställning av en suspen-15 sion, som omfattar kristaller av 2-(4-isobutylfenyl)pro- pionsyra eller dess sait i intim kontakt med stärkelsekomponenten, c) omrör nämnda suspension för bildande av agglomerat, vilka innehäller en jämnt fördelad blandning av 20 2-(4-isobutylfenyl)propionsyra eller ett sait därav och stärkelsekomponenten, d) tillvaratar nämnda agglomerat och valfritt *.*·' e) torkar nämnda agglomerat.

5. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-3, 5 kännetecknat därav, att syran är väsentligen ren S(+)-2-(4-isobuty1feny1)propionsyra.

Förfarande för framställning av en farmaceutisk sämmänsättning, kännetecknat därav, att en farmaceutisk komposition, framställd enligt nägot av pa- 10 tentkraven 1 - 5, blandas med en farmaceutiskt godtagbar excipient, varvid den farmaceutiskt godtagbara excipienten innehäller ett eller flera utspädningsmedel, ett eller flera smörjmedel och/eller ett eller flera strömnings-hjälpmedel och/eller ett eller flera bindemedel, och/eller 15 ett eller flera sönderdelningsmedel.
7. Förfarande för framställning av en farmaceutisk sammansättning enligt patentkrav 6, kännetecknat därav, att den farmaceutiska sammansättningen om-fattar 90 - 99,98 vikt-% av en komposition, framställd 20 enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-5, 0,01 - 5 % smörjmedel t och 0,01 - 5 % strömningshjälpmedel. • · *···1
