Claims (9)

1. Extruderingsförfarande, i vilket materialet som extruderas matas in i en extruder som uppvisar atminstone en stator (1, 2) och atminstone en rotor 5 (3), varvid statorn (1, 2) atminstone vid sin mot rotorn (3) vända yta är konformad och vilken rotor (3) atminstone vid sin mot statorn vända yta är konformad, varvid förhällandet mellan rotorns (3) längd och dess största diameter är högst fern, och vilken rotor (3) roteras och vilken rotor (3) pä sitt bredaste ställe är lagrad vid extrudern pä sä sätt att da rotorn (3) roterar stöder 10 denna mot atminstone tvä lager (12a, 12b), varvid det första lagret (12a) upptar en i rotorns (3) ena axialriktning verkande kraft och det andra lagret (12b) upptar de i rotorns (3) motsatta axialriktning verkande krafterna, kännetecknat av att lagren (12a, 12b) anordnas snett i förhällande till extruderns axial- och radialriktning, varvid lagren (12a, 12b) tillsammans upptar de krafter som verkar i 15 radialriktningen.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att den elastiska förskjutningen mellan rotorn (3) och statorn (1, 2) mätes och pa basen av ifragavarande mätresultat definieras de krafter som verkar pä extrudern.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2, kännetecknat av att 20 extrudern uppvisar atminstone tvä statorer (1, 2) av vilka den inre statorn (1) atminstone till sin yttre yta och den yttre statorn (2) atminstone till sin inre yta är konformad, att mellan statorerna (1, 2) finns atminstone en roterande anordnad c ·. konformad rotor (3), och att de elastiska förskjutningama mellan rotorn (3) och den inre statorn (1) samt mellan rotorn (3) och den yttre statorn (2) mätes 25 separat och ur ifragavarande mätresultat definieras de krafter som verkar pä • · ’ . statorerna (1,2) och rotorn (3).
4. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 2 eller 3, kännetecknat av att • · · bland materialet som matas mellan statorn (1, 2) och rotorn (3) matas glidmedel, vilket glidmedels mängd regleras pa basen av mätresultatet för den elastiska 30 förskjutningen. * * *

Extruder, som uppvisar ätminstone en stator (1, 2) och ätminstone en rotor (3), vilken stator ätminstone vid sin mot rotorn (3) vända yta är konformad och vilken rotor (3) ätminstone vid sin mot statorn vända yta är konformad, varvid förhallandet mellan rotorns (3) längd och dess största 5 diameter är högst fern, och vilken rotor (3) har lagrats vid extrudern vid sitt bredaste ställe med ätminstone tvä lager (12a, 12b), varvid det första lagret (12a) upptar de i rotorns (3) ena axialriktning verkande krafterna och det andra lagret (12b) upptar de i rotorns (3) motsatta axialriktning verkande krafterna, kännetecknad avatt lagren (12a, 12b) har anordnas snett i förhällande 10 till extruderns axial- och radialriktning, varvid lagren (12a, 12b) tillsammans upptar de krafter som verkar i radialriktningen.
7. Extruder enligt patentkrav 6, kännetecknad avatt mellan rotorn (3) och statorn har anordnats mätorgan för mätning av den elastiska förskjutningen mellan rotorn (3) och statorn (1,2).
8. Extruder enligt patentkrav 6 eller 7, kännetecknad avatt extrudern uppvisar ätminstone tvä statorer (1, 2) av vilka den inre statorn (1) ätminstone till sin yttre yta och den yttre statorn (2) ätminstone till sin inre yta är konformad, och mellan vilka statorer (1, 2) finns ätminstone en roterande anordnad konformad rotor (3), och att extrudern omfattar mätorgan för att 20 separat mätä de elastiska förskjutningarna mellan rotorn (3) och den yttre statorn (2) samt mellan rotorn (3) och den inre statorn (1).
