Claims (9)
1. Ett vattenlösligt enzyraatiskt framställt hydrolysat av ett cellulosaderivat, kännetecknat därav, att det omfattar en oligomerblandning som i medeltal har en polymeriseringsgrad inom omrädet 3-300 och en molekylvikt 500 - 100 000 och vars viskositet är mindre än 20 mPa. s i 25 °C mätt med en Haake-Rotovisco-viskometer med sensorsystemet NV i en koncentration av 20 vikt-% och vilken framställts genom att hydrolysera en vattenlöslig karboximetylcellulosa med ett enzympreparat med 1,4-betaglukanasaktivitet.
2. Det enzymatiskt framställda hydrolysatet enligt patent- krav 1, kännetecknat därav, att enzympreparatet är valt ur en grupp cellulaser, modifierade cellulaser samt deras blandningar.
3. Det enzymatiskt framställda hydrolysatet enligt patent- krav 1, kännetecknat därav, att enzympreparatet är en cellulas, en modifierad cellulas som produceras av mikro-organismer, vilka valts ur gruppen Trichoderma, Aspergillus och Penicillium.
4. Det enzymatiskt framställda hydrolysatet enligt patent- ; krav 1, kännetecknat därav, att det enzymprepa- • · · ratet omfattar ett cellulaspreparat, vilket erhällits av en ♦ · · \ . Trichoderma reesei frän vilken man avlägsnat atminstone en • · · ***** beta-glukosidas- och en cellobiohydrolasaktivitet. 103583 vars polymeriseringsgrad i medeltal är inom omradet 3-300 och molekylvikt 500 - 100 000 och vars viskositet är mindre an 20 mPa. s i 25 °C matt med Haake-Rotovisco-viskometer med sensorsystemet NV i en koncentration av 20 vikt-%.
6. Förfarandet enligt patentkrav 5, kännetecknat därav, att enzympreparatet har producerats med hjälp av en mikroorganismkultur.
7. Förfarandet enligt patentkrav 6, kännetecknat därav, att enzympreparatet producerat med mikroorganismen har renats för att avlägsna enzymer, vilka reagerar med cellulosa-derivatet under bildande av sackarider.
8. Förfarandet enligt patentkrav 7, kännetecknat därav, att att mikroorganismen är Trichoderma. Aspergillus eller Penicillium.
9. Förfarandet enligt patentkrav 8, kännetecknat därav, att mikroorganismen behandlas för att förändra mikro-organismens gener sä att de sackaridproducerande enzymerna görs inkapabla med hjälp av generna.
