Claims (8)

1. Förfarande för fixering av störande äranen vid papperstillverkning genom tillsats av fixermedel, k ä n - 5 netecknat av att som fixermedel används polyme-rer, som omfattar a) 50 - 100 vikt-% kvaternerad dimetylaminopropyl-akrylamid eller dimetylaminopropylmetakrylamid och b) 0-50 vikt-% akrylamid, akrylsyra, metakrylsy- 10 ra, akrylarnidometylpropansulfonsyra eller blandningar av dessa monomerer, varvid dessa polymerer uppvisar en gränsviskositet av mindre än 150 ml/g.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, k ä n n e - 15 tecknat av att polymererna används i en mängd av 0,05 - 1, f öreträdesvis 0,2 - 0,8 vikt-%, beräknad pä torrvikten av det tillverkade papperet.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2, k ä n -netecknat av att den kvaternerade dimetylamino- 20 propyl (met) akrylamiden har kvaternerats med dimetylsul-fat, metylklorid, etylbromid, dimetylkarbonat eller ben-sylklorid.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kanne-tecknat av att totalmängden av den tillsatta poly- 25 meren fördelas pä olika tillsatspunkter.
: 5. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, k ä n n e - tecknat av att polymererna används tillsammans med vanliga katjoniska papperstillsatsmedel.
