CONSISTE EN: A) MEZCLAR UN CONCENTRADO DE UN CULTIVO SECADO POR ATOMIZACION, LIOFILIZADO O LIQUIDO, DEL MICROORGANISMO VIABLE CON UN AGENTE VOLUMINIZANTE PARA FORMAR UN GRANULADO HUMEDO HOMOGENEO; B) EXTRUIR EL GRANULADO PARA PRODUCIR FILAMENTOS CON UN DIAMETRO CUYO TAMAÑO ES IGUAL AL DE LAS ESFERAS DESEADAS Y COLOCARLOS SOBRE LA PLACA GIRATORIA DE UN DISPOSITIVO ESFERULANTE; C) HACER GIRAR LA PLACA A VELOCIDAD TANGENCIAL HASTA CONFIGURAR LOS FILAMENTOS COMO PARTICULAS ESFERICAS DISCRETAS; Y D) SECAR LAS PARTICULAS ESFERICAS HASTA UN NIVEL DEL 5 AL 10% EN PESO DE AGUA.
