CONSISTE EN POLIMERIZAR POR EMULSIONAMIENTO UN ESTER DEL ACIDO ACRILICO, CUYOS POLIMEROS PRESENTAN UNA TEMPERATURA D EFRAGUADO VIDRIOSO SUPERIOR A C15JC, REALIZANDOSE ESTA: A) EN PRESENCIA DE UNA SAL ALCALINA DE UN ACIDO GRASO COMO EMULSIONANTE CON C 12 A 18 CON UN PH INICIAL SUPERIOR A 9; O B) EN PRESENCIA DE UN SULFATO ALCALINO DE LAURILO COMO EMULSIONANTE, ES DECIR, POR MEDIO DE LA ADICION INTERMITENTE O CONTINUA DEL MOMENTO EMULSIONADO PREVIAMENTE CON UNA SOLUCION ACUOSA DE SULFATO DE LAURILO, DURANTE LA POLIMERIZACION, REALIZANDOSE LA POLIMERIZACION DEL CLORURO DE VINILO EN PRESENCIA DE UNA CELULOSA METILICA COMO MEDIO DE SUSPENSION AÑADIDO DESPUES, NEUTRALIZANDOSE LA PREPARACION DE POLIMERIZACION AL AÑADIR UN ACIDO, Y POR LO TANTO AÑADIENDO UN PEROXIDO ORGANICO COMO INICIADOR EN FORMA DISUELTA O SUSPENDIDA.
