EL PLASMA SE INCUBA A 30-37JC CON UN ACTIVADOR DE SUPERFICIE Y SE MIDE LA EXTINCION QUE SUMINISTRA; LUEGO SE AÑADE UN SUSTRATO CROMOGENO DE TROMBINA, EN UNA CONCENTRACION DE 0,01-2 MMOL/L Y SE MIDE, DURANTE 4 A 6 MINUTOS, A INTERVALOS CORTOS O DE FORMA CONTINUA, EL GRUPO OPTICAMENTE DETERMINABLE LIBERADO A PARTIR DE AQUEL Y SE DETERMINA LA PENDIENTE DE LA LINEA OBTENIDA AL REGISTRAR LA EXTINCION EN FUNCION DEL TIEMPO, COMO MEDIDA DEL CONTENIDO EN PROCALICREINA.
