LA OBTENCION DE UNA NUEVA SERIE DE DERIVADOS DE GEM-DIAMINOALCANOS, DE FORMULA (I), SE EFECTUA TRATANDO EL DERIVADO DE UN AMINOACIDO, QUE PUEDA ESTAR LIBRE O PROTEGIDO POR EL RADICAL CARBOXILO, CON EL APROPIADO CLORURO DE ACIDO RCOCL. UN GRUPO CARBOXILO PROTECTOR PREFERIDO ES EL TRIALQUILSILILESTER, TAL COMO EL GRUPO TRIMETILSILILO, QUE PUEDE ELIMINARSE POR TRATAMIENTO CON ACIDO ACUOSO.
