CONSISTE EN: GENERAR UN JUEGO DE GERMENES DE IMAGEN DEGRADADOS, POR DEGRADACION DE LOS GERMENES DE LA MISMA MANERA QUE LA IMAGEN ES DEGRADA POR LAS LIMITACIONES DE LA INSTALACION; CORRELACIONAR LA DISTRIBUCION DE INTENSIDAD DE UN SEGMENTO TOMADO COMO MUESTRA DE LA IMAGEN DEGRADADA CON LAS DISTRIBUCIONES DE INTENSIDAD DE LOS GERMENES DE IMAGEN DEGRADADOS; SELECCIONAR EL GERMEN DEGRADADO QUE ESTE EN LA MEJOR CORRELACION; Y SINTETIZAR UNA IMAGEN REALZADA, PRESENTANDO PARA ELLO VISUALMENTE LA VERSION NO DEGRADA DEL GERMEN DEGRADADO DE IMAGEN SELECCIONADO EN EL LUGAR DE SITUACION DE IMAGEN DONDE SE PRODUCE LA OPTIMA CONCORDANCIA DE ADAPTACION ENTRE EL SEGMENTO DE IMAGEN DEGRADADA MUESTRA Y EL GERMEN DE IMAGEN DEGRADADO SELECCIONADO.
