COMPRENDE: A) AJUSTAR EL MEDIO DE CULTIVO QUE CONTIENE FUENTE DE NITROGENO, FUENTES DE CARBONO Y SALES MINERALES ASIMILABLES A UN PH ENTRE 4,5 Y 5 CON UN TAMPON DIMETIL-2,2 SUCCINATO DE SODIO REGULADO POR KOH; B) CULTIVAR A UN MICROORGANISMO DE LA CEPA PHANORACHAETE CHRYSOSOPORIUM BORASALL ELEGIDO ENTRE I-398 E I-399, EN EL MEDIO DE CULTIVO DE A) A UNA TEMPERATURA ENTRE 28J Y 40JC, PARA OBTENER UNA CAPA FLOTANTE DE CULTIVO QUE CONTENGA LA ENZIMA LIGNINOLITICA; Y C) CENTRIFUGAR, DIALIZAR Y CROMATOGRAFIAR A LA CAPA FLOTANTE DEL CULTIVO.
