PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PREPARACION DE ACIDO FRUCTOSA 1,6 DIFOSFATO. COMPRENDE: A) PARTIENDO DE UNA SOLUCION DE GLUCOSA, A LA QUE SE HAN AÑADIDO FOSFATOS HIGIENICOS, REALIZAR UNA CROMATOGRAFIA CON RESINA CATIONICA FUERTE; B) REALIZAR OTRA CROMATOGRAFIA CON RESINA ANIONICA FUERTE Y LAVAR LA COLUMNA CON AGUA; C) ELUIR EN TRES FASES, CON DOS ELUYENTES POSEEDORES DE CRECIENTE RESISTENCIA IONICA; D) NEUTRALIZAR PARCIALMENTE EL ELUATO, HASTA PH F 3, CON PIRIDINA O HIDROXIDO POTASICO; E) REALIZAR UNA FILTRACION MOLECULAR; Y F) LLEVAR A CABO UNA CROMATOGRAFIA CON RESINA CATIONICA FUERTE, DE LA SOLUCION RESULTANTE HASTA UN PH INFERIOR A 1. SE UTILIZA COMO REACTIVO EN LA SINTESIS DE FRUCTOSA 1,6 DIFOSFATO Y SUS ISOMEROS RELEVANTES.
