CONSISTENTE EN UN ENRIQUECIMIENTO POR ETAPAS DE ISOLEUCINA Y VALINA EN LAS AGUAS MADRES, PARA UNA CRISTALIZACION DE LEUCINA EN EL CAMPO DE PH DE 1,5 A 2,0 Y UNA INVERSION DE ESTAS CIRCUNSTANCIAS POR CRISTALIZACION DE CLORHIDRATO DE ISOLEUCINA A PARTIR DE ACIDO CLORHIDRICO CONCENTRADO, Y ENRIQUECIMIENTO DE LA LEUCINA EN LAS AGUAS MADRES.
