Abstract
MEDICION FOTOMETRICA DE LA ABSORCION DE LA LUZ POR UNA MUESTRA DE LIQUIDO QUE ESTA CONTENIDA EN UNA CUBETA. ESTE ANALISIS SE EFECTUA CON UN HAZ DE LUZ GENERADO POR UN FOCO LUMINOSO INMOVIL. LA MUESTRA SE INTRODUCE EN UNA CUBETA QUE TIENE POR LO MENOS DOS SECTORES CON DIFERENTES LONGITUDES DE SECCION TRANSVERSAL, DICHA CUBETA SE TRASLADA CONTINUAMENTE A LO LARGO DE UNA TRAYECTORIA CIRCULAR, DE MANERA QUE EL HAZ DE LUZ PASA A TRAVES DE DOS SECTORES SUCESIVAMENTE EN EL TRANSCURSO DE LA MEDICION, YENDO EL HAZ DE LUZ EN UN PLANO HORIZONTAL Y EL EJE LONGITUDINAL DE LA CUBETA ESTA EN ANGULO RECTO CON DICHO PLANO O EL HAZ DE LUZ Y EL EJE LONGITUDINAL ESTAN EN PLANOS PARALELOS.
