CONSISTE EN EL CULTIVO DE ARTHROBACTER SPEC. DSM 2563, DSM 2564, MORAXELLA SPEC. DSM 2562, MICROCOCCUS SPEC. DSM 2565 O BREVIBACTERIUM SPEC. DSM 2843; SEGUIDA DE LA SEPARACION DE LA ENZIMA, PARA LO CUAL SE DISGREGA EL MICROORGANISMO, SE PRECIPITA LA ENZIMA POR ADICION DE POLIETILENIMINA Y EVENTUALMENTE SE ENRIQUECE MEDIANTE FRACCIONAMIENTO CON SULFATO AMONICO, UNA ETAPA DE CALENTAMIENTO A LA TEMPERATURA DE 50, EN UN MARGEN DE PH EN EL QUE LA ENZIMA TIENE BUENA ESTABILIDAD Y PURIFICACION POR CROMATOGRAFIA.
