PROCEDIMIENTO Y DISPOSITIVO PARA EL AFINADO DE UN BAÑO DE METAL QUE CONTIENE MATERIAS REFRIGERANTES SOLIDAS.CONSTA DE: UNA TUBERIA CENTRAL (1) PARA CONDUCIR EL CHORRO DE CARBURACION, DE 4 TUBERIAS (2) PARA EL OXIGENO DEL AFINADO, DE TUBERIAS (3) PARA EL OXIGENO DE POST-COMBUSTION INCLINADAS LAS TUBERIAS DE 5 A 20J CON RELACION AL EJE DE LA LANZA EN LAS DE OXIGENO DEL AFINADO Y PARA LAS TUBERIAS DE OXIGENO POST-COMBUSTION CON UN ANGULO DE INCLINACION DE 25 A 60J CON RELACION AL EJE DE LA TUBERIA DE OXIGENO DEL AFINADO. DICHA TUBERIA CENTRAL (1) PRESENTA UNCONVERGENTE (10), UN CUELLO (11), AL MENOS DEL DOBLE DE SU DIAMETRO (D). CONSISTE EN UN AFINADO POR INSUFLADO DE OXIGENO EN LA PARTE SUPERIOR DEL BAÑO. SE REALIZA AL INTRODUCIR EN EL BAÑO, CARBONO PULVERIZADO SUSPENDIDO EN UN CHORRO DE GAS NEUTRO Y SE DIRIGE VERTICALMENTE SOBRE LA SUPERFICIE DEL BAÑO. SE INYECTA AL MISMO TIEMPO EN EL BAÑO, EN EL FONDO DEL CRISOL, UNA CANTIDAD DE GAS NEUTRO PARA IMPEDIR QUE LA ESCORIA SE ESPUME BAJO EL EFECTO DEL CARBONO INSUFLADO.
