Abstract
PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA DEPOSICION DE ESTAÑO BRILLANTE SOBRE UN SUBSTRATO. SE HACE PASAR UNA CORRIENTE ELECTRICA A TRAVES DE UN BAÑO QUE CONTIENE UN COMPUESTO DE ESTAÑO DIVALENTE SOLUBLE EN EL BAÑO EN CANTIDAD SUFICIENTE PARA DEPOSITAR ESTAÑO SOBRE EL SUBSTRATO QUE SE GALVANIZA, ACIDO SULFURICO EN CANTIDAD SUFICIENTE PARA MANTENER EL PH DEL BAÑO MENOR A 2,0, UN SULFONATO DE PERFLUORALQUILO COMO AGENTE HUMECTANTE EN CANTIDAD SUFICIENTE PARA PROMOVER LA CORROSION DEL ANODO DURANTE LA ELECTRODEPOSICION, UN ABRILLANTADOR FORMADO POR UNA AMINA AROMATICA, UNA CANTIDAD REFINADORA DE LOS GRANOS DE UN AGENTE TENSIOACTIVO Y UN ACIDO SULFONICO AROMATICO COMO ESTABILIZANTE. EL SUBSTRATO SE ENCUENTRA SUMERGIDO EN DICHO BAÑO A UNA TEMPERATURA DE 10-40 C Y UNA DENSIDAD DE CORRIENTE COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 100 Y 4.500 A/M>2, TENIENDO QUE ESTAR DURANTE UN TIEMPO SUFICIENTE PARA QUE TENGA LUGAR LA REDUCCION DE LOS IONES ESTAÑO DIVALENTES A ESTAÑO METALICO QUE SE DEPOSITA SOBRE EL SUSTRATO.
