Abstract

PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PREPARACION DE N-(2,6-DICLOROFENIL) ACETAMIDINA. SE HACE REACCIONAR ACETONITRILO CON 2,6-DICLOROANILINA EN PRESENCIA DE CATALIZADORES CONSTITUIDOS PREFERENTEMENTE POR ACIDOS DE LEWIS. LA REACCION TIENE LUGAR A TEMPERATURAS COMPRENDIDAS ENTRE 50 Y 180 C EN AUSENCIA DE DISOLVENTE. EL CATALIZADOR EMPLEADO ES PREFERENTEMENTE TRICLORURO DE ALUMINIO. ADICIONALMENTE SE PUEDE OBTENER LAS SALES DE ADICION CORRESPONDIENTES MEDIANTE EL EMPLEO DE ACIDOS INORGANICOS A ORGANICOS FARMACEUTICAMENTE ACEPTABLES.
