PROCEDIMIENTO PARA EL TRATAMIENTO DE UNA ESCORIA FOSFURADA, OBTENIDA POR AFINADO DE UN BAÑO METALICO, QUE SE ESTABILIZA POR OXIDACION EN CALIENTE PARA EVITAR LA HIDROLISIS DE LA MISMA. CONSISTE EN PRODUCIR LA OXIDACION INCORPORANDO A LA ESCORIA, TRAS AFINADO, UNA CANTIDAD Q DE ADYUVANTE SOLIDO, QUE DEPENDE DE LA DISMINUCION D DEL CONTENIDO PONDERAL DEL FOSFORO EN EL BAÑO METALICO EN EL TRANSCURSO DEL AFINADO, SEGUN LA DOBLE RELACION 7.500D~RQ~R15.000D, DONDE Q SE EXPRESA EN KG POR 100 TM DE METAL Y D EN % PONDERAL. EL ADYUVANTE ES FUERTEMENTE OXIDANTE Y CON UN PUNTO DE FUSION INFERIOR A 900 C, TAL COMO UN CARBONATO DE METAL ALCALINO O ALCALINOTERREO. TIENE APLICACIONES PARA EVITAR LA PASIVACION DE ESCORIAS.
