Claims (9)

  1. 철강야금의 시기에 부산물인 철강슬래그에 있어서, 상기 슬래그는 B2O3의 형으로 적어도 0.15중량%의 붕소를 포함하고, 용융슬래그의 냉각과정에서 분화에 대한, 우수와 상기 슬래그와 접촉의 시기에 황탁수의 발생에 대한 저항을 가지는 개량된 철강슬래그.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 슬래그는 고로슬래그, 전로슬래그 또는 제강로슬래그의 어느 하나인 개량된 철강슬래그.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 슬래그는 1.5와 3.5사이의 범위에 있는 염기도 CaO/SiO2(중량비)를 가지는 개량된 철강슬래그.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 슬래그는 B2O3의 형으로서 0.3-1.5중량%의 붕소성분을 포함하는 개량된 철강슬래그.
  5. 고로, 전로 또는 제강로의 조업동안 철강야금의 시기에 발생하는 부산물인 용융상태의 슬래그에 소결 또는 유리화된 B2O3형으로 적어도 10중량%의 붕소를 함유하고 있는 열처리재를 첨가하고, 그후 상기 슬래그를 냉각하는 개량된 철강슬래그의 제조방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 붕소를 함유하는 상기 열처리재는 상기 용융슬래그에 대하여 B2O3형으로 적어도 0.15중량%를 첨가하는 개량된 철강슬래그의 제조방법.
  7. 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 붕소를 함유하는 상기 열처리재는 출탕 또는 용융된 철강슬래그를 제거의 시기에 상기 용융 슬래그에 첨가하는 개량된 철강슬래그의 제조방법.
  8. 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 붕소를 함유하는 상기 열처리재는 최대 1100℃의 연화점 또는 융점을 가지는 개량된 철강슬래그의 제조방법.
  9. 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 붕소를 함유하는 상기 열처리재는 0.1mm에서 히스트와 같은 크기인 귤렛까지의 크기로 분쇄된 조입분쇄재료인 개량된 철강슬래그의 제조방법.
