PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PREPARACION DE UN CONCENTRADO QUE CONTIENE UN PRODUCTO APICOLA. SE AÑADEN POLEN DE ABEJAS, PROPOLEO, MIEL, CERA O SUS MEZCLAS A CONCENTRADOS DE LECHE SIN DESNATAR, LECHE DESNATADA, FILTRADOS ENRIQUECIDOS PROCEDENTES DE LA SEPARACION MEDIANTE MEMBRANAS DE LECHE, TALES COMO SUEROS DE LECHE Y OTROS SUBPRODUCTOS DE LA INDUSTRIA LACTEA. A LA MEZCLA OBTENIDA SE LE AÑADEN HIDRATOS DE CARBONO, AGITANDOSE A UNA TEMPERATURA DE 15 A 75 C DURANTE UN TIEMPO DE 10 A 60 MINUTOS HASTA OBTENER UNA DISTRIBUCION HOMOGENEA. SE CONCENTRA POR EVAPORACION, SE SECA Y EVENTUALMENTE SE DESMENUZA Y MUELE. LA MASA SECA TOTAL DEBE TENER UNOS PORCENTAJES DE 25 A 75% DE PRODUCTOS LACTEOS Y DE 3 A 55% DE HIDRATOS DE CARBONO, SIENDO DICHOS PORCENTAJES EN PESO.
