SE MEZCLA EL POLVO DE MATERIAL COMBUSTIBLE NUCLEAR CON HASTA UN 10 POR 100 EN PESO DE OXIDO DE TIERRAS RARAS Y SE PRENSA HASTA UNA PROFORMA VERDE. A CONTINUACION SE SINTETIZA EN ATMOSFERA OXIDANTE A UNA TEMPERATURA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 800 Y 1400 C DURANTE UN TIEMPO COMPRENDIDO ENTRE 15 MINUTOS Y DOS HORAS. FINALMENTE SE SINTERIZA EN ATMOSFERA REDUCTORA A UNA TEMPERATURA SUPERIOR A 1650 C DURANTE UN TIEMPO COMPRENDIDO ENTRE 30 MINUTOS Y CUATRO HORAS.
