SEGUIDAMENTE EN LA CELULA, QUE DISPONE DE DOS MICROELECTRODOS CAPILARES, SE CALCULA SU FACTOR DE CALIBRACION MEDIANTE UNA SOLUCION PATRON. POSTERIORMENTE LA SOLUCION DE SUSTANCIA A DETERMINAR ES MEZCLADA CON UN REACTIVO, REALIZANDOSE LA MEDICION AUTOMATICA EN LA CELULA DE UNA SERIE DE PH DIFERENCIALES EN DISTINTOS INSTANTES DEL PROCESO.
