PROCEDIMIENTO DE DESHIDRATACION OXIDATIVA DE ACIDO ISOBUTIRICO DE ACIDO METACRILICO. CONSISTE EN INCORPORAR UN CATALIZADOR DE OXIDO DE METAL (EN ESENCIA) LIBRE DE SULFATO EN BASE DE OXIDO MOLIBDENO, QUE CONTINE ADICIONALMENTE VANADIO, FOSFORO Y UN METAL ALCALINOTERREO, CINC, PLATA, ALUMINIO, TITANIO, PLOMO, MAGNESIO, HIERRO, COBALTO, NIQUEL Y ESTA!O. DICHO CATALIZADOR SE INCORPORA CON UN SOPORTE SOLIDO EN BASE DE DIOXIDO DE SILICIO /DIOXIDO DE SILICIO ACTIVADO Y PREFERENTEMENTE EN BASE DE TIERRA DE DIATOMACEAS-AEROSIL. EL CATALIZADOR SE CALCINA A TEMPERATURA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 200 Y 400C, TRABAJANDOSE CON UNA MEZCLA DE ACIDO ISOBUTIRICO, AGUA, OXIGENO Y NITROGENO.
