CONSISTE EN SUMINISTRAR LA LECHE A UNOS RECIPIENTES ADYACENTES FORMADOS EN SERIES SUCESIVAS, CON SU PARTE SUPERIOR ABIERTA Y UNA PARTE LATERAL REBAJADA, DE FORMA QUE CUANDO UN RECIPIENTE SE LLENA, LA LECHE SE VIERTE EN EL ADYACENTE CONTINUANDO ASI HASTA LLENAR TODAS LAS SERIES MENOS LA ULTIMA, EN CUYO MOMENTO LA ALIMENTACION DE LA LECHE SE TRASLADA A ESTA HACIENDO EL PAPEL DE PRIMERA SERIE, BASCULANDO EL RESTO DE LAS SERIES PARA DESCARGAR LA LECHE QUE YA HA SIDO MEDIDA.
