Claims (3)
- 상하운동(직선운동)이 이루어질수 있도록 솔레노이드를 설치하여 집유기로 통하는 관로를 열어 줄 수 있도록 된 착유 계량기에 있어서,상부에 제1 챔버(2)를 구비하고, 하부에 제2 챔버(3)를 형성한 몸체(1)와,상기 몸체(1) 상단에 착유 유입구(5)와 솔레노이드(6)로 구동부(7)가 이루어진 뚜껑(4)과,상기 제1 챔버(2)와 제2 챔버(3) 사이를 샤프트(8)의 승하강에 따라서 개폐할 수 있도록 된 패킹(9)과,상기 패킹(9) 상부 샤프트(8)에 끼워져 유입되는 우유에 의하여 부력상승하는 부구(10)와,상기 상승되는 부구(10)와 접촉되어 구동부(7)의 솔레노이드(6)를 작동시켜 지지간(11)으로 연결된 샤프트(8)를 당겨 패킹(9)을 개구토록 하는 감지센서(12)와,상기 제1 챔버(2)로 부터 유입되는 우유를 제2 챔버(3)에 유출후 집유통으로 배출시 킬 수 있도록 유출공(13)이 형성된 유출관(14)과,상기 제2 챔버 저부를 밀폐시킨 바닥캡(15) 일측에 형성되어 착유되는 우유를 체취하여 검사할 수 있도록 형성된 샘플공(16)과,상기 제1 챔버(2)의 뚜껑(4) 저부에 설치된 전기감지봉(17)(17a)(17b)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자식 착유량 측정기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 구동부(7)를 갖는 뚜껑(4)은, 상면에 디지털 표시부(18)와 입력부(19)가 형성되어 패킹(9)의 열고 닫는 횟수를 표시부(18)에 숫자로 표기하여 우유 양을 계량할 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자식 착유량 측정기.
