Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve measurement performance, to prevent errors based on uneven densities and to make measurement of moisture contents of grains of always high accuracy possible by providing a moisture content sensor on the inside wall part of a vessel for measurement, connecting a weighing device and providing a grain conveying trough in the upper part of the vessel. CONSTITUTION:This device is made by forming a machine frame 1 provided with a grain feed port 2 on one side in the upper part, and a grain discharge port 3 in the lower part, mounting a fixing plate 4 on the upper side within the machine frame, placing a grain conveying trough 6 provided with a vibrator 5 on said plate, securing a weighing device 7 in the lower part of the plate 4 and connecting a vessel 8 for measurement to one side thereof. The device 7 is juxtaposed vertically with the frame 10 projected with a suspended rod part, and a movable frame 11 projected with a horizontal rod part, and the respective frames 10, 11 are connected by a connecting rod 12 so as to be freely moved vertically. The vessel 8 is mounted with a moisture content sensor 16A on the inside wall surface of a cylindrical body 15A which is opened in the upper part, and is provided with a stop valve 17 in the bottom part thereof, to which a switching device 18A is connected. Thereby, the moisture contents of grains are measured always highly accurately.
