Abstract

PURPOSE:To realize a weighing with a single lever, by hanging the weighing hopper at a prescribed position with no disturbance caused by a throw-in device and by a hanging tool which is connected to the balance weighing point of the lever supported by an independent machine frame along with connection of a load cell. CONSTITUTION:The load cell 28 is connected to the point 27 of force of single lever 23 of the balance 22 supported by an independent machine frame 24. The weighing point 21 of balance 22 of lever 23 is connected to the hanging tool 7 of a square ring form frame via the hanging rod 20. The weighing hopper 5 is hung by the tool 7, and the hopper 5 is positioned right under the rack 1 that supports the throw-in device 11 and with no disturbance given by the device 11. In such constitution, an assured quantitative weighing is possible with a single lever, and furthermore a high-accuracy automatic weighing is possible by a balance of a simple constitution and via a load cell.
