Abstract
APARATO PARA SEPARAR UNA MEZCLA DE MATERIAELES LIGEROS Y PESADOS. COMPRENDEN UN TAMBOR DIVIDIDO EN DOS SECCIONES. EN LA PRIMERA SECCION SE INTRODUCE EL MATERIAL CON FLUIDO Y SE SEPARA DEL FLUIDO DE MODO QUE ESTE CORRE PRACTICAMENTE A TODO LO LARGO DE ESTA PRIMERA SECCION, SIGUIENDO UN RECORRIDO A CONTRACORRIENTE PARA LAVAR EL MATERIAL QUE SE TRATA DE SEPARAR ANTES DE REBOSAR EN ESTA SECCION. EL MATERIAL A SEPARAR SE DIVIDE EN DOS FRACCIONES, UNA FLOTANTE Y OTRA DE INMERSION REBOSANDO LA FRACCION DE FLOTACION DE LA PRIMERA SECCION, JUNTO CON EL FLUIDO. LA FRACCION DE INMERSION SE TRANSPORTA POR UNA VOLUTA A LO LARGO DE LA PARED DE LA PRIMERA SECCION PARA ELEVARSE AL INTERIOR DE LA SEGUNDA SECCION, EN LA QUE SE REDUCE EL TAMAÑO LA FRACCION DE INMERSION POR MEDIO DE UNA CARGA DE BOLAS TRITURADORAS, TRAS DE LO CUAL SE ELEVA Y SACA DICHA FRACCION DE ESTA SEGUNDA SECCION. EN OTRA REALIZACION, SE DISPONE UNA SECCION DE FLUIDO DE LA PRIMERA, PARA TRANSPORTAR LA FRACCION DE INMERSION HASTA CERCA DELA ENTRADA DE LA PRIMERA SECCION, A FIN DE ASEGURAR QUE SU RECORRIDO SEA LO MAS LARGO POSIBLE PARA UN LAVADO ADICIONAL POR MEDIO DEL FLUIDO EN CONTRA-CORRIENTE.
