SE TRANSMITEN LAS PARTICULAS DE LA MASA DE MICROARGANISMOS A UN ESPACIO, QUE PUEDE ESTAR EVACUADO, EN DONDE LAS PARTICULAS SE MANTIENEN A UNA TEMPERATURA DE 25-45C Y SE DISMINUYE LA PRESION A UN VALOR DE 1-10 MM. DE MERCURIO, HASTA QUE LAS PARTICULAS ALCANZAN UN CONTENIDO EN MATERIA DE 90-98 POR 100. ES ADECUADO PARA LA PREPARACION DE LEVADURA DE PAN SECA Y ACTIVA, PERO TAMBIEN SE PUEDE APLICAR SOBRE OTROS TIPOS DE LEVADURA, TAL COMO LEVADURA DE CERVEZA Y LEVADURA DE VINO, E INCLUSO SOBRE MOHOS SECOS Y SIMILARES.
