PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA TRANSFORMACION DE LAS CARACTERISTICAS FISICAS Y FISIOQUIMICAS DE MATERIALES DIALECTRICOS COMO LAS RESINAS POLIMERAS. CONSISTENTE EN REALACIONAR, ENLOS PROCESOS DE MOLDEO, LA VARIACION DE TEMPERATURA EN LA SOLIDIFICACION CON LA VARIACION DE OTRA CARACTERISTICA FISICA EN FUNCION DEL TIEMPO, PROPIEDADES COMO PUEDEN SER LA PRESION, FRECUENCIA DE VIBRACION, AMPLITUD DE VIBRACION, TENSION, INTENSIDAD O FRECUENCIA DEL CAMPO ELECTRICO. PARA ELLO SE CALIENTA EL MATERIAL HASTA UN ESTADO PASTOSO-FLUIDO, TRAS LO CUAL SE LE APLICA UNA SOLICITACION DE COMPRESION SIMILAR A LA QUE SE APLICA EN LOS PROCESOS CONVENCIONALES DE MOLDEO; A CONTINUACION SE HACE VARIAR LA TEMPERATURA DE ACUERDO CON UN PROGRAMA PREDETERMINADO, SOMETIENDO ADEMAS AL MATERIAL A UNA VIBRACION DE NATURALEZA ELECTRICA Y-O MECANICA QUE DETERMINA EN EL MISMO ESFUERZOS OSCILANTES EN TORNO A LA SOLICITACION MEDIA ESTATICA APLICADA; DICHA VIBRACION SE APLICA DESDE QUE LA TEMPERATURA ALCANZA SU VALOR MAXIMO HASTA QUE SE ALCANZA LA TEMPERATURA AMBIENTE. EL RANGO DE TEMPERATURAS VARIA ENTRE LOS 10 Y LOS 500C, MIENTRAS QUE LA FRECUENCIA DE LAS VIBRACIONES LO HACE ENTRE LOS 5 Y LOS 3000 HZ.
