Abstract
PROCEDIMIENTO DE ACONDICIONADO DE LA ESCORIA DEL AFINO DE UNA FUNCION LIQUIDA POR INSUFLADO DE OXIGENO POR ARRIBA Y POR BORBOTEO DE GAS INERTE POR EL FONDO DEL CRISOL. SE AJUSTA EL CAUDAL DE GAS DE BORBOTEO PARA QUE LA ESCORIA SE ENCUENTRE A UNA DISTANCIA DETERMINADA DE LA CABEZA DE LA LANZA Y QUE ACUSE UNA CONSISTENCIA FLUIDA DETERMINADA; A SU VEZ, SE PUEDE AUMENTAR O DISMINUIR EL CAUDAL DEL CITADO GAS PARA QUE SE DESOXIDE O SE OXIDE LA ESCORIA, TAL CAUDAL PUEDE VARIAR ENTRE 0 Y 0,3 NM CUBICOS/T/MINUTO. CON LA REGULACION DEL GAS DE BORBOTEO SE CONSIGUE, A SU VEZ, QUE SE REGULE LA PORT-COMBUSTION DEL CO, DESPRENDIDO POR ENCIMA DEL BAÑO EN EL TRANSCURSO DEL AFINO, Y SE CONTROLE TANTO LA DEFOSFORACION COMO LA DESULFURACION. EN EL AUMENTO DEL CAUDAL DE GAS DE BORBOTEO SE ACELERA LA COMBUSTION DEL CARBONO DEL BAÑO, PROVOCANDOSE LA DESCARBURACION DEL MISMO. PARA CONTROLAR LOS CAUDALES DE OXIGENO Y GAS INERTE SE EMPLEA UN ORDENADOR CON ENTRADAS DE INFORMACION PROCEDENTES DE LOS CAPTADORES DE PRESION, LOS DE SONIDO DE LA LANZA Y LA COMPOSICION DE LOS HUMOS DEL CONVERTIDOR.
