PROCEDIMIENTO DE ACONDICIONADO DE LA ESCORIA DEL AFINO DE UNA FUNCION LIQUIDA POR INSUFLADO DE OXIGENO POR ARRIBA Y POR BORBOTEO DE GAS INERTE POR EL FONDO DEL CRISOL. SE AJUSTA EL CAUDAL DE GAS DE BORBOTEO PARA QUE LA ESCORIA SE ENCUENTRE A UNA DISTANCIA DETERMINADA DE LA CABEZA DE LA LANZA Y QUE ACUSE UNA CONSISTENCIA FLUIDA DETERMINADA; A SU VEZ, SE PUEDE AUMENTAR O DISMINUIR EL CAUDAL DEL CITADO GAS PARA QUE SE DESOXIDE O SE OXIDE LA ESCORIA, TAL CAUDAL PUEDE VARIAR ENTRE 0 Y 0,3 NM CUBICOS/T/MINUTO. CON LA REGULACION DEL GAS DE BORBOTEO SE CONSIGUE, A SU VEZ, QUE SE REGULE LA PORT-COMBUSTION DEL CO, DESPRENDIDO POR ENCIMA DEL BAÑO EN EL TRANSCURSO DEL AFINO, Y SE CONTROLE TANTO LA DEFOSFORACION COMO LA DESULFURACION. EN EL AUMENTO DEL CAUDAL DE GAS DE BORBOTEO SE ACELERA LA COMBUSTION DEL CARBONO DEL BAÑO, PROVOCANDOSE LA DESCARBURACION DEL MISMO.
