CONSTA DEL TRATAMIENTO DE UNA DIHEXANOIL-LECITINA CON UN LIPIDO NO HEMOLITICO Y EN LA OBTENCION, CON UN PRODUCTO ASI FORMADO, DE UNA DISPERSION ACUOSA COLOIDAL. TAMBIEN PUEDE EMPLEARSE UN DISOLVENTE ORGANICO, BAJO AGITACION Y APLICANDO CALOR; A CONTINUACION SE EVAPORA EL DISOLVENTE Y SE DISPERSA EL PRODUCTO RESTANTE EN LA CANTIDAD ADECUADA DE AGUA.
