Autointerruptor con desenganche electromagnético, caracterizado por que la presión de contacto se conserva frente a la fuerza electrodinámica de la corriente conducida por el interruptor mediante un muelle de posición inestable, cuya fuerza de cierre se invierte durante la apertura de los contactos, reteniendo al móvil en esta posición, originándose la apertura en el caso de elevadas sobreintensidades por la misma fuerza, verificándose durante la apertura electrodinámica del contacto la inversión en el sentido de la apertura del contacto de una componente de las fuerzas que realizan la posición de cierre y de apertura de los contactos y que procede de la fuerza elástica que actúa sobre el contacto móvil, de tal modo que al contacto móvil sea llevado a la posición de ruptura por medios de ajuste acoplados con él, que dan lugar a la posición de cierre y de apertura y que están influidos por el mecanismo de disparo.
