Abstract
Instalación para la depuración de aguas residuales, en particular de aguas residuales urbanas, con un equipo mecánico de clarificación para la depuración mecánica del agua residual, un estanque de activación para una primera etapa de activación, un equipo de clarificación, intermedia, una etapa de aireación, un estanque de clarificación posterior y un equipo para la evacuación y, eventualmente , el tratamiento de lodo sobrante, en donde el agua residual a depurar llega desde el equipo mecánico de clarificación al estanque de activación, desde el estanque de activación a la etapa de aireación, pasando por el equipo de clarificación intermedia, y desde la etapa de aireación al estanque de clarificación posterior, y en donde las biocenosis del estanque de activación y de la etapa de aireación están separadas, caracterizada porque el estanque de activación está diseñado para prestar servicio con un contenido de oxígeno de acero mg/l y puede ser hecho funcionar facultativamente en forma anaerobia, porque la etapa de aireación está realizada en forma de etapa de lecho bacteriano que trabaja en la zona aerobia, y porque delante del estanque de clarificación posterior está dispuesto un estanque de mezclado no aireado en el que, aparte del agua procedente de la etapa de lecho bacteriano, se puede introducir lodo sobrante procedente del estanque de activación.
