Abstract

Procedimiento de preparar benciloxi-4-piperidina y de sus sales farmacéuticamente aceptables, caracterizado porque: a) se condensa la hidroxi-4.piperidina con el cloruro de p-nitrobenzoilo en presencia de un aceptor de ácido de manera que se obtenga una piperidina protegida de fórmula **fórmula** b) se efectúa una bencilación del compuesto de fórmula II por medio de cloruro de bencilo en presencia de un agente de condensación y de un aceptor de ácido de manera que se obtenga un compuesto de fórmula **fórmula** c) se libera el grupo aminado de la piperidina, y d) eventualmente se salifica la base así obtenida.
