Abstract
Dispositivo electrónico que permite discriminar, con un efecto de histéresis, si el régimen de rotación de una máquina giratoria se sitúa más allá o más acá de una velocidad angular de referencia, estando caracterizado este dispositivo porque incluye: - Un captador de medida de la velocidad de rotación de la máquina giratoria, - un circuito de reloj, - un contador binario módulo Mo que comprende por lo menos N pasos, - un par de reconocedores, - un par de elementos de memoria constituido por básculas biestables.
