Abstract

Perfeccionamientos en la patente principal nº 436.763 por "procedimiento para fabricar por extrusión tubos, barras u objetos metálicos compactos similares alargados y perfilados, aí como cápsula para poner en práctica dicho procedimiento, según el cual se producen primero, mediante empleo de una cápsula metálica de pared fina, preferentemente una cápsula de acero al carbono de baja aleación y por medio de la compresión isostática en frío del polvo de acero inoxidable, una piezas prensadas, que se transforman luego mediante extrusión y empleo de vidrio como lubrificante a altas temperaturas, con preferencia de aproximadamente 1.200ºC , en tubos con una textura densa, caracterizados porque los tubos extruídos , aún rodeados por la capsula , se trata en primer lugar con ácido sulfúrico acuoso, para retirar fundamentalmente el vidrió aún existente en su superficie, se transforman en frío mediante estirado o laminación a paso de peregrino y se ponen al rojo vivo en una atmósfera oxidante despuésde la transformación en frío.
